For bookings and enquiries, you can email me directly. I process the information in your message to reply and handle your request.
Retreat registration
When you use the registration form for the Silent New Year Retreat, your contact details and participation information are processed through a secure interface and stored in a non-public database on the server operated by devs group. I use this information to review your registration, reply to you, organise your participation and, after consulting you personally, create and send a booking confirmation. Optional information about mental or physical health is processed only when you explicitly consent in the form. It is used solely to assess suitability and make participation as safe and well supported as possible. You may withdraw this consent at any time with future effect. The administration area is access-protected, and sensitive information is not included in notification emails. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for organisation, delivery or statutory record-keeping obligations.
Newsletter
When you subscribe with your consent, your email address is stored in my newsletter list at Resend. I use this list for news about my offerings and dates. You can unsubscribe by email at any time and through the unsubscribe link in future newsletters. For more information about processing by Resend, see the privacy information of Resend.
